1. Open your image and crop it 100x100. Duplicate your base layer
and set it to Screen at 50%. Duplicate your base layer again, drag it
to the top of your layers palette, and set to Soft Light at 100%.


2. Layer--New Fill Layer--Solid Color. Fill with 340000 and set to Exclusion at 100%.


3. Layer--New Adjustment Layer--Selective Color.
Reds: -85, 0, 0, -10
Yellows: 100, 0, -100, 0
Cyans: 70, -100, -100, -10


4. Paste this image onto your icon and set it to screen at 100%. Arrange
it over the flower. Paste this image over your icon and set it to Color Burn at 50%.


5. Paste this image over your icon and set it to Multiply at 33%.
Paste this image over your icon and set it to Screen at 66%.


6. Paste this image over your icon and set it to Screen at 100%.
Paste this image over your icon and set it to Screen at 100%.
Duplicate your base layer, drag it all the way to the top, and set
it to Soft light at 100%.
