in two simple steps.



1.First duplicate your base layer and set to Soft Light.
Adjust the opacity to what you think looks best. Mine is at 20%.

2. Duplicate your base layer drag it to the top of your
layers palette and go to Filter-Blur--Gaussian Blur
it to 2.4 and hit okay. Set this layer to Lighten and change
the opacity if you'd like. Mine is at 60%.
