Color Palettes are little images with maybe 2-4 colors in them. These colors are colors that would normally look good together in a layout, and are used if you want to make something, but don't really know what the color scheme should be. To use, copy and paste into photoshop, and use the eyedrop tool to extract a certain color, or use the color code above the color to set the color of something on your own webpage.
